I put my name on all the tickets I purchased. Do I need to change the names to the names of individual attendees?:  No, it is not a problem if one name is on a grouping of tickets.
Do you provide childcare?: No, childcare is not provided. 
Does my child need a ticket?: Yes, due to limited seating, children over the age of 2 need a ticket. 
I want to upgrade my General Admission ticket to a Premium ticket. Is this possible?: Yes, you are able to upgrade at the door. 
Can I purchase a ticket at the door?: Tickets may be for sale at the door if seating is still available. We highly recommend purchasing at ticket ahead of time as our events often sell out.
I can no longer attend. Can I have a refund?: Please review our refund policy below. 
I can no longer attend. Can I gift my ticket?: Yes, tickets may be gifted to whoever you wish.

Refund Disclaimer: All Worship Coach Event ticket sales are final unless due to a medical emergency, upon which all refunds will be case by case.
