Hello friends,
We are aware of all that is
going on in regards to COVID-19. We are standing in faith against this
virus and praying for quick and complete healing. We desire to closely
follow and honor the government regulations in the surrounding area and
take head of CDC recommendations. Unfortunately, this does impact our
event. The event will still happen at a later date, however, we’re
working with our team and venue to reschedule this event so it’s safe
and convenient for everyone involved.
In regards to
a future date we will keep you updated as we become aware of
appropriate and available timing. We’re very sorry for this
inconvenience as we understand that it is both disappointing and
difficult in regards to travel plans. When the event does take place,
your current ticket will still work just fine. Most everyone should be
able to cancel/credit their travel itinerary as airlines and hotels are
adjusting accordingly due to worldwide restrictions and safety
regulations.
We will keep you posted with any new updates.
